ORDER

When the above Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the detenu Ramesh @ Labba Ramesh, son of Raja, aged 33 years, died during judicial custody and hence, he prays for withdrawal of this petition.
