ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR in pursuance of the order dated 31.07.2020 passed in Crl.MP.No.765 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Court, Mettupalayam.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent Police registered an FIR in Crime No.91 of 2021, dt.18.02.2021, for an offence under Section 406 and 420 of IPC.
