Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 in any way from approving the proposal sent by the 4th respondent dated 05.06.2012 relating to the appointment of the 5th respondent as Head Master of Ranji Aaron Higher Secondary School, Anandapuram, Tuticorin District and consequently direct the 2nd to 4th respondents to promote the petitioner as Head Master in any one of the aided Diocese administered Higher Secondary School under the management of the 4th respondent.
