This petition has been filed to return the original of Ex.A9, Settlement Deed dated 23.10.2008 after substituting a certified copy in the place of Ex.A9 pending disposed of S.A.No.803 of 2021.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying the petition, this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the Registry is directed to return the original settlement deed, which was marked as Ex.A-9 dated 23.10.2008 by substituting the certified copy in the place of Ex.A-9.

4. In view of the above, this petition is ordered.
