(The case has been heard through video conference) This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging that the order passed by this Court dated 11.03.2020 in W.P.No.5794 of 2013 has not been obeyed by the respondent.

Earlier, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent submitted that, challenging the order passed in W.P.No.5794 of 2013, the respondent filed Writ Appeal in W.A.No.911 o 2021 and the notice has been ordered and the matter is still pending. Mr. K.M.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for petitioner also submitted that he has taken notice in the Writ Appeal and the same is pending.

3. Considering the fact that challenging the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5794 of 2013, a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.911 of 2021 has been filed and the same is pending before this Court, no further adjudication is required at present. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew the petition after disposal of Writ Appeal.
