Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would fairly submit that, the delay can be condoned. Accordingly the delay is condoned and the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
4. Registry is directed to number the C.R.P., and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
