2. A counter had been filed questioning the relevancy of these documents.

3. Relevancy is an issue which can be addressed and decided only during the course of trial.

5. A direction is therefore issued that by the next hearing date 08.04.2021, copies of the said documents acknowledged as true copies should be served by the learned counsel for the plaintiff on the learned counsel for the applicant / second defendant.

6. This application is allowed. No costs.
