ORDER

This Court, while allowing the writ petition in W.P.No.33656 of 2016, by order dated 01.12.2016, directed the respondents to re-fix the pay of the petitioner notionally at Rs.16,700/- with effect from 13.12.2006 in the scale of pay of Rs.14,300-400-18,300 and under revised scale of pay of Rs.37,400-67,000, with Grade pay of Rs.8,700/- for fixation of his pay notionally at Rs.40,390/- with Grade Pay Rs.8,700/- with effect from 13.12.2006, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.234, Finance (PC) Department, dated 01.06.209 and G.O.Ms.No.245, Health and

Family Welfare (A2) Department, dated 30.10.2013 and further regulate his pay at Rs.42,380/- with effect from 01.01.2007, Rs.43,920/- with effect from 01.10.2008 and Rs.45,500/- with effect from 01.10.2009 with Grade Pay Rs.8,700/- with monetary benefit from 23.10.2009, for which he rendered service as Principal, Tamil Nadu Government Dental College and Hospital, Chennai.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 01.12.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate, by producing a copy of the G.O.Ms.No.64, dated 19.02.2018, Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
