Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondents submit that the 1st respondent is at Nagapattinam and thereby seeks permission of this Court to adjourn the matter for her appearance.

2. As per the direction of this Court vide order dated 22.07.2022, the respondents 2 and 3, viz., Mrs.Preetha Jayabal and M/s Abinaya Sureshkumar appeared in-person before this Court. When this Court interacted with them, they informed that the Will dated 24.01.2006 was executed by their mother, viz., R.Yohambal in favour of the son, viz., the petitioner herein.
