..Respondents/ Defendants 2 to 5 and 7 to 19 Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to amend the long and short cause title by amending the name of the 8th Respondent/10th Defendant as D.Santhakumari instead of D.Shanthi in C.S.NO.880 of 2004. This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:-

Instant application has been taken out by plaintiff in the suit with the following prayer:

'To permit the Applicant/Plaintiff to amend the long and short cause title by amending the name of the 8th Respondent/10th Defendant as D.Santhakumari instead of D.Shanthi in C.S.No.880 of 2004'.

2. The defendants who have been arrayed as respondents in instant application do not oppose this application. Having perused the affidavit filed in support of instant application and having heard learned counsel for plaintiff as well as defendants counsel who is not opposing this application and having been satisfied that the prayer is innocuous, instant application is ordered as prayed for.

3. Necessary and consequential amendment to be carried out within a fortnight from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Amended copy of the plaint to be served within a fortnight therefrom. Sd/.M.S.J.
