2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pending proceedings in C.C.No.208 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee, Chennai, the respondent/defacto complainant and the petitioners have amicably settled the issue among themselves and the de-facto complainant has also filed a compromise affidavit dated 23.09.2019 stating that he has no objection if the proceedings in C.C.No.208 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee, Chennai is quashed.

4.Recording the statements made by the defacto complainant in the affidavit filed by him dated 23.09.2019, the entire proceedings in C.C.No.208 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee, Chennai is quashed. 5.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
