Petition under Section 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent to produce the body of the detenue M.Logeswari aged about 17 years, daughter of S.Murugesan, set the detenue at liberty forthwith.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father of the detenue Logeswari for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.2863 of 2015 dated 22.09.2015 for girl missing and the police has secured the detenue and produced her before this Court today. It is seen that the girl is a juvenile and she expressed her willingness to go with her father, who is the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
