ORDER
These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to set aside the docket order of allowing the reopen petition in E.A.Nos. 14 & 16 of 2018 in E.P.Nos.4 & 3 of 2015 in O.S.Nos. 2 & 3 of 2002 dated 25.09.2018 passed by the II Additional District Judge, Chidambaram.
2. When the matter was listed on 03.01.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 04.01.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e., 04.01.2023, no one was appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Therefore, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
