This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the first respondent in G.O.(D).No.432 dated 29.10.2021, quash the same and direct the first respondent to refer the 9 issues which were declined to refer in G.O.(D).No.432 to the Industrial Tribunal, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has filed a status report stating that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. The same is recorded.

4. Hence, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
