For Petitioners : Mrs.A.Rajeswari Karthikiyan in all CRPs For Respondent : Mr.K.Mohanamurali in all CRPs

COMMON ORDER The relief sought for in all revisions are to set aside the Fair and Decreetal orders, dated 17.11.2017 made in Tr.O.P.No.88, 90 of 2016 & 4 of 2017 & 91 of 2016, 6, 7, 8 of 2017 in O.S.No.162, 141, 122, 168 of 2015, 77 of 2016, 168 of 2013, 45 of 2015 respectively, by the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore.

2. The very same revision petitioners have filed writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India, in W.P.No.8775 of 2008, for the very same relief, which is dismissed on 19.05.2012.

3. Admittedly, the petitioners have not preferred any appeals as against the said orders.

4. Now, the petitioners cannot seek relief under the civil revision and hence the revision petitions filed by the petitioners are not maintainable and the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

5. This Court does not finds any illegality , infirmity or perversity in the order passed by the trial Court and there is no merits in this revision.

6. In the result, all the civil revision petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 23.04.2018 Index:Yes/No Speaking order / Non speaking order vum To The Principal District Judge, Vellore.
