Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Corrigendum (published on 22.06.2011 in Thinathanthi newspaper) issued to Notification No.5/2010, dated 30.03.2010 by the Teachers' Recruitment Board, the 3rd respondent herein, for the post of Lecturers (Senior Scale) in Government Law Colleges and quash the same as illegal, unsustainable and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to issue notification afresh with suitable amendment/Corrigendum to the Notification No.5/2010 dated 31.03.2010 in accordance with law, Constitution of India and Rules of Reservation.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that another Writ Petition in W.P.No.26321 of 2011 was filed before this Court with a similar prayer as that of same relief in this Writ Petition and the said writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution on 05.10.2012, and as such, this Court refuses to interfere with the impugned corrigendum dated 22.06.2011.
2. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is also dismissed. In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, the connected miscellaneous Page No.2 of 4
petitions in M.P.Nos.1, 2 & 3 of 2012 and W.M.P.No.29319 of 2018 are also dismissed. No costs.
