ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 01.11.2016 made in Crl.M.P.No.117 of 2016, dismissing the application filed by the petitioner under Section 391 of Cr.P.C.

2. This Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the trial Court and that the petition has been pending for the past four years, without any interim order. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
