This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the expeditious trial in S.T.C.No.2747 of 2022 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court at Magistrate level for Trial of case under Saidapet, Chennai as expeditiously as possible within the stipulated time.

sp 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case in S.T.C.No.2747 of 2022 is pending for questioning the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. for the last six hearings. The accused has been deliberately remained absent for the last six hearings by filing petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C.

3.In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the case has reached final stage, this Court directs the learned Magistrate to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.2747 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
