PRAYER : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue a "No Objection Certificate" to the petitioner to run a SPA ie., cross relaxations massage in the name and style of "The Grand 10.01.2024Beauty Spa" at 362, Cross Cut Road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore - 641 012, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to grant No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to run the SPA based on the representation dated 10.01.2024.

2. Heard Mr.Edwin Jeyakumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 10.01.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law and in line with the relevant Government Order/circulars and a decision shall be taken within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
