The petitioners have filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to amend the name of the petitioner/1st accused as Vijayan @ Vijayakumar instead of Vijayakumar and the petitioner/2nd accused as Kasinathan @ Kasi @ Kasilingam instead of Kasilingam, as per order dated 02.01.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.32200 of 2024 passed by this Court.

2. Ordered as prayed for.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32200 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025, from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the order granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed and no further extension of time will be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions stands ordered.
