Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in Rc.No.8993/NGB-III(2)/2002 dated 5.3.2002 and consequential proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/2497/2001 dated 7.4.2002 and quash the same with the consequential directions directing the respondents to revise the seniority of the applicant in Grade I.P.C and consequently confer all the benefits arising out of the revision of seniority or any other order or direction or any other appropriate relief.
