However, Mr.R.Muthukumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the suit itself was disposed of as early as on 28.01.2015. Hence, the prayer in the revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
