ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that no complaint is pending against the petitioner. However, the petitioner's son has been arrayed as an accused in Crime No.724 of 2025 and the respondent police visited the petitioner's premises solely in pursuit of the accused and not to cause any undue harassment to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner's son has since been remanded to judicial custody.
