Mr.P.Premkumar O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the respondent filed HMOP No.175 of 2019 before the Sub Court, Kancheepuram for dissolution of marriage.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the petitioner is residing in Ernavoor, Chennai-57 and the respondent is residing at Mugalivakkam and therefore, it would be convenient for both the parties to attend the case before the Family Court at Chennai.

3. In view of the submissions made jointly by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent, this Court is inclined to transfer the HMOP No.175 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Kancheepuram to the file of the Family Court at Chennai.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.96 of 2020 stands disposed of and HMOP.No.175 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Kancheepuram is directed to be transferred to the file of the Family Court at Chennai.
