Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent in C.No.A3/PR38/93 B.O.531/94 dated 06.10.1994 and the proceedings of the second respondent in C.O.No.A2/8248/2003 dated 2.9.2003 and quash the same and consequently to direct the first respondent to treat the period of absence as duty to all purposes.

There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Even on the earlier occasions ie., on 02.11.2020 & 20.11.2020, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner.
