2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, who has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and no objection expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the delay of 39 days in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned and the petition is ordered.
