O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of petitioner's Appeal File No.30414/13/2021, dated 16.08.2021 by giving a personal hearing to petitioner, and in a time frame the manner on merits. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a member of Sengunthar Muthaliyar Community, Erode, which is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act. However, some unqualified members were admitted in the said society without any qualification. For which, the petitioner made a representation on 29.06.2021. However, the said representation was rejected by the 2nd respondent, against which, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent dated 16.08.2021 however, till date no order was passed on the same. Aggrieved by the same, this Writ Petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal dated 16.08.2021 filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader has no objection in the order being passed by this Court.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the 1st respondent dispose the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner dated 16.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and after affording opportunity of hearing to the aggrieved party, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
