This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.37943 of 2016, by order dated 02.11.2016, directed the respondent to consider the Memorial of the petitioner dated 25.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 02.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.
