ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to call for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the order in I.A.No.66 of 2010 in unnumbered C.M.A.C.S. dated 05.04.2018 (received by the petitioner on 13.11.2018), quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to take the unnumbered C.M.A.C.S. on file and dispose of the same in accordance with law. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died and in view of the same, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.

3.Recording the above said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
