C.R.P. (NPD) No.1013 of 2018 J.NISHA BANU, J.

This Court, by an order dated 18.06.2021, directed the IX Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, to dispose of the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Since the said Appeal could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, the Court below, by letter dated 16.05.2022, sought for three months time.

Hence, the matter is listed before this Court today.

2. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, time is extended for a period of three months.
