ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the
Court bundle, stating that despite survey and demarcation of boundaries was done earlier by the respondents, a third party has caused obstruction and has removed the survey stones.
2. The petitioner seeks for re-survey of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement that in view of the dispute raised by a third party and in view of the obstructions caused by him, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach a Civil Court to redress the petitioner's grievance.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as stated supra, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to redress his grievance as prayed for in this writ petition by filing a Civil Suit. No Costs.
