This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.3402 of 2026 as against the judgment made in Sessions Case No.47 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu.
