O R D E R

The Criminal Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1287 of 2018 in C.A.No.182 of 2018 dated 04.05.2018, wherein, the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed by the Lower Appellate Court in Crl.M.P.No.1287 of 2018.

2.While entertaining the Criminal Appeal in C.A.No.182 of 2018, the Lower Appellate Court passed an order in interim suspension of sentence petition in C.C.No.723 of 2017 dated 07.04.2018, admitted the appeal C.A.No.182 of 2018 and allowed the Crl.M.P.No.1287 of 2018 on condition to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, District Court Campus, Coimbatore on or before 04.05.2018, before the I Vacation Court. 2.On 04.05.2018, when the matter was called as first item, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore found that the condition imposed was not complied with accordingly recalled the order already passed in Crl.M.P.No.1287 in C.A.No.182 of 2018 and dismissed the order passed on 28.04.2018 and also directed the Lower Court to secure the petitioner, Aggrieved by the said order, the present Criminal Revision Petition has been filed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, produced the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1287 of 2018 and also the receipt of the payment of Rs.5,000/- which was drawn on 04.05.2018 to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Coimbatore, before this Court. Accordingly, this Court has also granted bail to the petitioner on 05.07.2018.

4.Since the condition imposed by the Lower Appellate Court in Crl.M.P.No1287 of 2018 on 28.04.2018 has already been complied with, subsequently, this Court has also granted bail to the petitioner and the petitioner was released on bail, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court regularly. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Revision stands closed as no further order is necessary.
