This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 03.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25718 of 2021, thereby directing the first respondent to pass order on the applications submitted by the petitioners, after receipt of report from the second respondent and giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent conducted enquiry and passed order on 23.02.2023. He also produced a copy of the order dated 23.02.2023 passed by the first respondent. 3.
