Originally the petitioner herein has filed an Original Application in O.A. No 2078 of 2003 before the State Administrative Tribunal. Due to abolition of State Administrative Tribunal, this Original Application was transferred to this Court and converted as Writ Petition and renumbered as W.P.No.16668 of 2007.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Special Government Pleader has submitted a letter sent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.073/A1/2020, dated 04.11.2020 enclosing the letter submitted by the petitioner, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner is willing to withdraw the present writ petition.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader and the letter of the 3rd respondent Na.Ka.No.073/A1/2020, dated 04.11.2020, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
