Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings Letter No.2243/Vee/Va/3[2]/2016-1 dated 17.02.2016 passed by the 1st respondent herein and to consequently quash the same and direct the respondents to consider to allot No.LW-8, Lloyds Colony, Royapettah, Chennai 600 014 to the petitioner on the basis of public quota for pensioners.
