23-A, RANGANATHAN ROAD, (HOTEL WOODLANDS COMPLEX), I FLOOR, CHENNAI - Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order staying the operation of the 2nd respondents notice dated 10.12.2018 issued to the Petitioner with Ref No. TIIC/ VPM/ LAO/ 2018-2019, (WMP.1999/2019) pending disposal of the above WP.1811/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SRINIVAS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.MAGESH, STANDING COUNSEL on behalf of the Respondent/(TIIC) the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents.

2. Since there was a default in repayment of loan amount by the Petitioner, this court by order dated 24.01.2019 passed the conditional order of interim stay directing the Petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

deposit the first installment of Rs.15,00,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only] to the Respondent/TIIC on or before 30.01.2019.

3. It is represented by the Petitioner counsel that the Petitioner has not deposited the first installment amount of Rs.15,00,000/- as specified by this court.

4. Since the conditional order dated 24.01.2019 has not been complied with by the Petitioner, as observed in the said order dated 24.01.2019, interim stay granted stands vacated.

5. This WMP is dismissed.
