This petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for the act of Contempt of Court for his disobedience of the order dated 28.08.2019 passed in W.P.No.23523 of 2014 on the file of this Court.

2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has already been complied with and he also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 30.09.2020 in Na.Ka.No.5856/tho.vu//2014.
