Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the respondent dated 22.10.2003 issued in the Ref.No.a1/7097/03 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to post the petitioner as Office Assistant in the available vacancy. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the respondent dated 22.10.2003 issued in the Ref.No.a1/7097/03 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to post the petitioner as Office Assistant in the available vacancy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it was posted for today, under the caption 'for dismissal'.
