ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.08.2018 passed in W.P.No. 21463 of 2018.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the directions of this Court, the 4th respondent/Divisional Inspector of Survey, has issued prior notices to the petitioner and the respondents 8 and 9, and then measured the lands comprised in Survey Nos.124/7, 125/11, 126/9, 126/10 and 126/12 on 22.01.2020 and 23.01.2020 in the presence of the petitioner and his brother, Taluk Deputy Inspector of survey, Maintenance Firka surveyor and concerned Village Administrative Officer and has obtained consent letters from them and accordingly, the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the communication in Rc.No.E3/4999/18, dated 22.01.2021, to that effect.

3.Recording the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(COMM.CASES) jrs //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2021.
