Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.MP.No.12307/2021 dated 29.11.2021 Crl.O.P.No.7619 of 2021 dated 22.04.2021 to the petitioners herein.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MA.P.THANGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12307 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.7619 of 2021, dated 29.11.2021.

The present petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the bail bond within the stipulated time, which was ordered by this Court vide order dated 22.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.7619 of 2021.

It is obvious that after passing the order on 22.04.2021, till today, for the past 10 months, the petitioner has not been complied with the order passed by this Court. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners did not say anything about the reason for the delay.

Hence, considering the period of delay, this Court is not inclined to extend the time for executing the bail bond and this petition is dismissed.
