ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for the following relief:
To issue Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from establishing the TASMAC shop No.4344 at S.No.249, 105-Kadalur Revenue Village, Cheyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
2. Mr.B.Nedunchezhiyan, learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent, based on instructions, submitted that there is no proposal for establishing the said shop at the above referred site.

3. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
