2. In respect to A.No.386 of 2021, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent herein is not having any objection in allowing the application. In otherwise, the said application has been filed only to accept the registered Deed of Power of Attorney dated 10.07.2019 in Doc.No.146 of 2019 in SRO, Velacherry, by permitting the Power of Attorney to appear, conduct and prosecute the above GWOP No.335 of 2019.

3. Therefore, being the reason that this application is for a short relief and also for the reason that the respondent is not having any objection, this application in A.No.386 of 2021, is allowed. The registered Deed of Power of Attorney dated 10.07.2019 in Doc.No.146 of 2019 in SRO, Velacherry, is accepted.

4. Post the matter on 23.03.2021.
