ORDER
(Made by DR.VINEET KOTHARI, J.) The Court was held by Video Conference, as per the Resolution of the Full Court dated 3 July 2020, by Judges at their respective residence and the counsel, staff of the Court appearing from their respective residences.
2. The learned counsel for the appellant Mr.R.K.Harinath Babu submits that since the officer who has filed the writ petition has left the appellant company, they may be allowed to amend the cause title. He has submitted that the Registry has raised an objection in this regard. The company is a separate legal entity and it can maintain the writ appeal. Therefore, the said objection is overruled. However, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that there are other connected writ appeals also filed by the Directors. The writ appeals have not been numbered. The Registry is directed to post the connected matters on 13 July 2020.
