PRAYER : The Second Appeal filed under Section 100 C.P.C. against the judgement and decree dated 12.11.2009 made in A.S.No.69 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Court at Vellore, reversing the judgement and decree dated 04.11.2008 made in O.S.No.465 of 1998 on the file of the Court of the Principal District Munsif, Vellore.

Ms.Sridevi JUDGEMENT This Second Appeal is filed against the judgement and decree dated 12.11.2009 passed in A.S.No.69 of 2008, reversing the judgement and decree dated 04.11.2008 made in O.S.No.465 of 1998.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the appellants for the consecutive three hearings and the matter is pending for more than 10 years. Even, when the matter was taken up on previous occasion, there was no representation for the appellants, hence, the matter was posted for today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Learned counsel for the respondent is present.
