There is no representation for the petitioner as well as for R3.
2. The challenge in this matter is to proceedings of the first respondent being the Revenue Divisional Officer, Namakkal Taluk addressed to the SubRegistrar, Namakkal/R2 intimating the latter of the complaint filed by the private respondent, arrayed as R3, of certain violations in a chit fund scheme. In light of the same, a direction has been issued to R2 not to register any transaction of sale of property at the instance of the petitioner.
3. Today, learned Government Advocate has filed written instructions dated 05.12.2022 enclosing a copy of proceedings in O.M.No.2485/2015 M1 dated 28.05.2015 withdrawing impugned order dated 13.04.2015 on the ground that a Suit has been filed in O.S.No.158 of 2015 before the Sub-Court, Namakkal. He would submit that nothing survives in this Writ Petition
4. Recording the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. 06.12.2022 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order sl
