Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner representation dated 03.09.2019 for the reason that for violating from the approved plan quality of the construction and building structure is weak and it is dangerous to the Petitioners life and property and also to 3 to 7 respondents.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
