ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within the stipulated time, in Crime No.542 of 2016 dated 16.06.2016 pending on the file of Inspector of police, Maraimalai Nagar Police Station, Chengalpattu District, before the concerned Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the entire investigation has been completed and that a final report or closure report, as the case may be, will be filed within a period of four weeks. 3.In the light of the above development, these criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of four weeks.
