ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to file a status reports with action taken against the second and third respondents based on C.S.R.No.806 of 2016 as per Section 160 of Cr.P.C.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, till date, the respondent Police have not registered an F.I.R. Therefore, this petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to conduct enquiry in CSR No.806 of 2016, dated 02.02.2017 and take necessary action in accordance with law.

3. The prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. The petitioner has to work out his remedy only by following the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cases, dated 20.09.2018. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.
