ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the 1st and 2nd respondents in connection with the impugned orders issued in Na.Ka.No.Bldgs 1(1)/95/16789/2003 dt. 19.6.03 and DO No.924/03 in Na.Ka.No.K5/29666/03 dt.23.7.03 and quash the same.

2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of this writ petition, the arrears of rent along with interest has been recovered from the petitioner. In support of the same, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 21.11.2020 in R.C.No.HBT II(2)/518/85212/2020 date 21.11.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
